1. Early Parthian silver drachma. Perhaps with head of Mithradates I (ca. 171-138 B.C.) He is
clean shaven in the Hellenistic fashion.

2. Parthian coin with Mithradates II (128-88 B.C.) on recto. The verso shows Arsaces, the deified
Parthian Urfather.

3. Silver Parthian coin showing bearded ruler with diadem, and on reverse an enthroned

falls; sacred utensils are scattered; ark being removed from temple.
